About Us

Who we are

EcoTalent is a consulting and education organisation founded in 2017 in Constanța, Romania. We support people and organisations with practical solutions that connect sustainability goals with real capability and performance.

We work with businesses and SMEs, as well as schools, VET providers, universities and NGOs, helping them build greener, more resilient and people-centred operations. Our approach encourages collaboration between business, education, public authorities and civil society to accelerate sustainable growth.

Our team combines strong academic backgrounds, project management expertise and extensive experience in digital education and EU projects. We bring evidence-based methods—including data-driven and AI-supported analysis—so organisations can decide clearly, act confidently, and sustain results.
